The charity (operating as Little Greg’s Pre-School & Out of School Club) is a company limited by guarantee governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association dated 25 February 2008. It is registered charity with the Charity Commission. The registered charity number is 11241184. The trustees, who are also the directors for the purpose of the company law.

As set out in the Articles of Association, trustees are appointed and reappointed annually at the Annual General Meeting.

None of the trustees have any beneficial interest in the company. All of the trustees are members of the company and guarantee to contribute £1 in the event of winding up. The trustees receive no payment in their capacity of acting as trustees. One trustee, Sarah Wilkes, is a full-time facility manager and therefore, receives a fair remuneration for this role.

The directors meet 3 times a year and have strong communication with the full-time facility manager to support the smooth running of the pre-school.
