Little Gregs Pre-school offers funded places for 2, 3 & 4 years olds. Early Education Funding for 2 year olds - Working parent is available for children the term following their second birthday. The working parent funded entitlement is for a maximum of 1140 hours per week over a minimum of 38 weeks of the year, the equivalent of 30 hours per week.
Working parents must apply online for their eligibility code via HMRC at:
www.beststartinlife.gov.uk Once you are successful, HMRC will issue you an eligibility code and this must be given to Little Gregs Pre-school. You must recomfirm your eligibility every 3 months by logging into your secure account. You will be reminded by HMRC 4 weeks before the deadline.
Early Education Funding for 2 year olds - 2Help Childcare Funding for eligible families receiving additional forms of support - the term following their second birthday.
You may be able to access a 2Help funded childcare place for your 2 year old from the term after their second birthday. The 2 Help funded enititlement is for a maximum of 570 hours per week over a minimum of 38 weeks of the year, the equivalent of 15 hours per week.

www.warwickshire.gov.uk/childcarecosts Your application is checked for eligibility using the Governments Eligibility Checking System. If you are eligible, a funding confirmation letter, detailing your EY Voucher Code, will be sent to you, this needs to be shared with Little Gregs Pre-school.
Early Education Funding for 3 & 4 year olds is available for all children from the term following their third birthday. Children who are eligible can receive their 15 hours per week of funded childcare at Little Gregs Pre-school. Some parents are eligible for an extended 15 hours a week which is paid by the government, this means parents can have up to 30 hours per week, over 38 weeks in a year.
Little Gregs can claim the 15 hours funding for you, however, for the extended 15 hours parents will have to apply for it. To find out if you are eligible for extended 15 hours please visit:

Parent/Carer/Guardian need to complete a Declaration Form to consent for Little Gregs Pre-school claiming the funding on your behalf and this is updated every term.
Additional Entitlements Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP) is additional funding that Little Gregs Pre-school can claim for children whose parents are in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits or credits or one of the other qualifying critera is met. It is paid termly based on the funded hours claimed.
The EYPP supports the quality of early education for eligible children taking up the early years entitlements. Little Gregs Pre-school can use this extra funding to support eligible children to improve aducational outcomes for them and can spend it on many things such as activites, staff training and reasoucres.
Parents must complete the EYPP section on the declaration form for the extra funding to be claimed.
Disability Access Fund (DAF) supports eligible disabled children's access to the early years entitlement and can be claimed by Little Gregs Pre-school where children meet the qualifying criteria. The DAF can be used to support Little Gregs in making reasonable adjustments to the setting or helping with building capacity, be that for the child in question or for the benefit of all children attending Little Gregs Pre-school.
Parents must complete the DAF section on the declaration form for the extra funding to be claimed. Parents need to provide Little Gregs Pre-school with a copy of the claim letter which will be uploaded to the funding portal.
